Our fifth featured Countdown to Good Cheer! is Home for the Holidays: Give the Gift of Hope sponsored by the Arizona Humane Society. The animal shelter has provided many dogs and cats a home over the past year and they want to reflect on all of the positive changes they have made in those animals' lives. Animals are a source of comfort and joy for owners and especially give children a sense of responsibility with the adoption of their first pet. Any donations are appreciated and a new feature allows people to host their own pet supply drives. More information can be found at the website provided below. April's lovely doggy, Ace, was adopted through Arizona Humane Society. He is a sense of joy and comfort to the family and they cannot imagine not having him with them over the Holidays.
